1. About this policy

MP Cloud Technologies, Inc. (“MP Cloud,” “we,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information collected through www.mpcloud.com (the “Site”) and through our sales, marketing, support, and recruiting activities. The Site is intended for business users in the United States.

This policy does not cover patient or customer data we process for our clients. When we deliver our software to emergency medical services (EMS) organizations, we act as a Business Associate under HIPAA. Protected health information and other customer data we handle on our clients’ behalf are governed by our Business Associate Agreements, customer contracts, and HIPAA policies — not by this Privacy Policy. Patients with questions about their health information should contact the EMS agency that arranged their care.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, business email, phone number, company, and the contents of your messages — when you request a demo, contact us, subscribe to communications, or apply for a job. We also automatically collect technical and usage data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed) through cookies and similar technologies. We do not knowingly collect sensitive information through the Site; please do not submit health information, Social Security numbers, or financial account numbers through Site forms or email.

3. How we use information

We use this information to operate and secure the Site, respond to your inquiries, provide and improve our products, send communications you may opt out of at any time, evaluate job applicants, prevent fraud and misuse, and comply with our legal obligations.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information.
